Our Accommodation

Hamlet Abbey Ltd provides safe, welcoming and well-maintained accommodation for young people aged 16 and 17. We also support care leavers. 



Our homes are designed to offer a calm, homely and supportive environment where young people can feel safe, respected and encouraged to make progress. 

Our accommodation includes: 

• Shared or group living settings 
• Fully furnished bedrooms 
• Shared kitchen and communal areas 
• Safe and homely environments 
• Clear house expectations 
• Staff support based on assessed need 
• Properties are risk assessed before use 
• Personal space and privacy for young people 

When a young person arrives, they are welcomed into the home and given clear information about the accommodation and the support available. This includes house expectations, emergency contacts, fire safety, evacuation procedures, safeguarding arrangements and how to raise any concerns. 

Young people are also supported to personalise their own space where appropriate, helping them to feel settled and develop a sense of belonging.
